AI is the shiny new object. ERP software vendors are rushing to incorporate AI functionality into their products. Many of our clients are implementing AI functionality because they don't want to be left out. However, if you don't understand your business processes and how to utilize artificial intelligence functionality, you cannot develop a strategy for using AI, which makes it difficult to understand the risks the AI tool presents and how to mitigate them.
