Tony Blair's protege Edi Rama has installed an 'AI chatbot' as a government minister, he says in an attempt to stamp out corruption. Mr Rama says he 'would not be prime minister' without Mr Blair, with whom he discussed his plans for Digital ID last year. The former prime minister has long been a proponent of Digital ID, which Keir Starmer announced he would push through last week, despite widespread hostility in Britain.
