Trump says viral video showing someone throwing items out of White House window was AI generated

President Donald Trump returned from his Labor Day weekend hiatus to make his first public comments in a week from the Oval Office.

Ahead of the Tuesday announcement, rumors swirled online about what Trump would be addressing from the Resolute Desk.

At the end of last week, Trump's public schedule was unusually empty, leading to bizarre conspiracy theories across the internet that the president was dead. Throughout the weekend, the president was seen out and about golfing, debunking the rumors.
