The grind that doesn't, that you need to do to get paid, but doesn't isn't the thing that actually gets you paid. Right? So we all hate that part of the business, or a lot of us do anyways, right? So that grind, you can get rid of a lot of that. And then on the other side of the fence, people don't realize what is possible, what you can do with AI, what you can actually, oh, I don't need to buy, I don't need to hire a video editor anymore. I can just do this with GPT and pop this over into Grok and then I've got a nice video. Right, you can go onto our socials and we'll post that in there for you as well after. But you can check out some of our videos that we created with just some. The simplest of AI systems, right? And so learning what is possible and easy and also what you can replace really, really, really quickly just with prompting, just with the regular LLMs is powerful. And here's, here's a great. We'll go over kind of like what a good prompt is and a simple framework. So a good prompt has really three main parts to it. It's going to have context constraints and clarity. And so what do I mean by context? Context, it's just enough background to like orient the model. It answers, what is this for? Right? Context gives you, like, you've probably seen the ones where people say, hey, I'm an expert realtor and you know, answer this or hey, I'm, I'm a, I'm, you're a number one marketer and blah, blah, blah, Right? And it gives you that context. A constraint is very similar, but it's going to define limits like the length of the output that you want, right? If you're having it, write an email. How long do you want that email to be? You want it to be like three or four, five paragraphs? Or do you want it to just be like a one paragraph, you know, quick one. And tone is also in constraints. So what do you want it to write with? How do you want it to write? Do you want it to write like you do you want it to write like Alex Hermosi? Do you want it to write like, you know, whoever? And then format. So what format do you want it to come back to you as? Do you want it to have bullet points? Do you want it to use the EM dash that everybody's seen? Right? The highlight of the AI. And so that gives you that. And then clarity is going to give you the ability to remove ambiguity and you can actually, you know, ask a question, say hey, or have it ask you questions. Hey. If you're unsure, ask questions to clarify what I'm after, right? If you have a brand new realtor and you're saying, hey, go show this house to somebody. What questions do you might have before you go show this house and they're going to talk through all the things that they're worried about and you might come up with additional things.
