The MIA Digital Month 2025 (MDM 2025) returns for its fourth consecutive year, highlighting the Malaysian Institute of Accountants’ (MIA) ongoing commitment to advancing digital technology adoption in the profession.

The first complimentary webinar of MDM 2025, held on 17 April 2025, delved into the topic of Artificial Intelligence. Moderated by Prof. Dr David Asirvatham (Chair of the MIA Digital Technology Implementation Committee (DTIC)), the webinar featured insights from Victor Lo (Head of Digital Tech, Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC)), Sunil Wahi (Head of Applications Solution Engineering, Japan and Asia Pacific, Oracle) and Yap Sau Shiung (Head of Digital and Tax Technology Partner, PwC Malaysia).
