Land for a long-shuttered Las Vegas hotel and casino is getting new attention after a $45 million land deal struck with help from AI. Blake Owens, founder and CEO of Agrippa, announced the AI-powered land sale of the Eastside Cannery to 8 News Now following months of discussions. The deal, completed in April, was assisted with the help of a new AI tool called “Marcus.”
