Does technology strip us of our humanity? Well, it depends.

Don't fall into the trap of prioritizing tech over the human side of your business. Technology, especially AI, is just a tool—a facilitator. Before you incorporate AI, focus on what truly matters: your customer experience, your sales strategy, and the daily lives of your employees.

If you can’t clearly articulate those elements, it’s time to invest in refining them first. Laying a solid foundation is key before you start adding layers of technology on top. Build for the people, not just for the tools.
