Birth of AI vs Humans

The more I read about how AI learns,

The more I get to reflect on how humans learn as well.

In the process of making artificial intelligence

We are slowly learning more about real intelligence.

To make a baby, the womb first creates the heart to circulate blood, the fuel that runs the body.

To make AI, evolution created wires that could circulate electricity and date.

In babies, after the heart, the womb creates the brain that can think and behave.

In AI, after we got fast data circulation, we are now creating early stages of intelligence with GPTs.

In babies, we then slowly create joints and bones.

In AI, we are currently experimenting with robotics arms and knees.

Just like a baby first learns from parents at home, then in a new environment at school.

In AI, a model first learns via supervised learning and eventually enters reinforcement learning, where there are no labels but only trial and error.

Is it only me who’s seeing this parallel?

Because the more I read about how AI learns,

The more I get to reflect on how humans learn as well
