Dr. Ranadhir Ghosh is a dynamic and visionary AI Solution Architect with over two decades of global experience in driving digital transformation across financial services and capital markets. Currently serving as Director of Data Science at FIS for banking techdev vertical, he leads end-to-end AI/ML ecosystems—from business use case discovery to scalable productization—leveraging technologies such as generative AI, agentic AI, vector databases, LLM finetuning, and knowledge graphs. A passionate mentor and thought leader, he has published over 80 research papers and holds more than 50 patents (granted and under review). His strategic leadership spans innovation management, AI evangelism, and talent development. With a PhD in IT from Griffith University and prior academic roles in Australia and the U.S., he continues to bridge the worlds of research and enterprise by designing cutting-edge AI solutions, mentoring teams, and shaping AI curricula. His contributions to AIaaS, data infrastructure strategy, and IP creation make him a driving force in the global AI ecosystem.
