Magellan co-founder Hamish Douglass has given a grim warning on artificial intelligence (AI).
Mr Douglass claims half the index could possibly “virtually collapse by 50, 60 or 70 per cent in share price in the next five to 10 years because businesses are so disrupted”.
Sky News contributor Joe Hildebrand discussed AI as businesses embrace the use of artificial intelligence and cut jobs amid a Dutch car navigation firm’s move.
“I think it will have an absolutely devastating effect,” he said.
